Heidi always wanted to be a healer and, as a child, practiced on family members. She kept on that path, receiving a Health Care Administration degree while volunteering with a hospice, where she provided palliative care through loving touch. She then graduated from Lane Community College massage program in 2010.
Heidi first worked at Body of Light in 2014 and then relocated to Maui, Hawaii. While living there, she became certified by the lineage of auntie Margaret Lomi Lomi and pursued hot stone training. Heidi is also adept in modalities that include energy work, Swedish, myofacial release, deep tissue, aroma therapy, hydrotherapy, trigger point (for sports) and massage for pregnant women; she has made helping people injured in motor vehicle accidents a specialty. Heidi works with her clients to create transformative mind-body connections, and is pleased to be back serving clients in the Body of Light Healing Loft.

What do you do a rainy weekend day?
Snuggling up with my husband and babies to enjoy a great movie! We also enjoy family board games. I can't leave out soaking in a hot bath, infused with minerals and oils, a lit candle and accompanied by a glass of wine!
What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?
"I admire you as my spiritual mentor and healer, you are an amazing mother, wife, sister, daughter, your faith is incredible and your compassion unending. When you set your mind on something you do it!”
If you could meet to one person in history or fiction, who would it be?
Helen Keller, because she overcame so many barriers and became a true inspiration of faith. If anyone would know the Light from within it would be her.
